ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Pakistani capital of ISLAMABAD is preparing to host the Commonwealth Games. The National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) issued a warning on Tuesday, stating that people who have not been vaccinated against the coronavirus will be subject to restrictions beginning on October 1.
According to a tweet from the NCOC, people who are not vaccinated will face a number of restrictions in their daily lives.
The participants in the forum were urged to get themselves vaccinated in order to continue with their daily lives.
Pakistan, on the other hand, has seen its daily COVID-19 case count fall below 2,000 for the first time in approximately two months.
The number of novel coronavirus-related deaths in Pakistan has increased to 1,227,905 in the last 24 hours, with 81 deaths reported in the last 24 hours. The total number of fatalities in the United States increased to 27,327 on Tuesday.
A total of 1,897 people tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, according to the most recent figures released by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC).
When it comes to deaths, Punjab continues to be the worst-hit province, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Punjab has seen a total of 12,449 people lose their lives as a result of the epidemic so far. 7,289 were killed in Sindh, 5,426 in KP, 904 in Islamabad, 733 in Azad Kashmir, 344 in Balochistan, and 182 in the Federally Administered Tribal Area.
In addition, 451,448 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 423,670 in Punjab, 171,589 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 104,348 in Islamabad, 33,821 in Azad Kashmir, 32,772 in Balochistan, and 10,257 in Gilgit-Baltistan, according to the latest available data.
